Fire Extinguisher
Training to enable workers to diffuse heated situations.
What is the course?
This 4 hour course explains the legal requirements for fire extinguishers as laid out by the OFC and OHSA. It includes placement and testing frequency.
It teaches participants to use fire extinguishers with an emphasis on best practice (P.A.S.S.)

Who is it for?
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
Recognize legislative requirements surrounding fire extinguishers
Recognize components of a fire (fire tetrahedron)
Correctly identify the appropriate extinguisher type for the task at hand
Safely use a fire extinguisher (P.A.S.S.)
