What is the course?
This 4 hour course focuses on the the legal requirements of employers and supervisors to protect forkers from accidental contact with energized equipment.
The course will speak to methods of hazard assessment and will outline methods and tools used to ensure that workers have all necessary knowledge, skills and equipment to perform the work safely.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
Identify legal requirements for working on/near energized electrical components
Correctly assess electrical hazards
Choose appropriate controls for the hazards identified
Access other resources to help manage difficult or non-routine situations
